What started as a creative outlet became a lifeline...I started KTX Works as a way to learn and practice basic carpentry and woodworking.  What I got was more...a community full of gracious individuals with talent and heart; a lesson in patience, perseverance and possibilities; and an opportunity to share my talent and projects with others. Woodworking is about finding beauty in gnarled knots,  creating with your hands, mind, heart...it brings me joy.  My genuine hope is that each piece I create reflects that, and that they carry joy within their grain for a lifetime.
